Nora Snyder represents sorority at national convention

Nora Noelle Snyder, class of Tamaqua’s Class of 2025, recently represented her sorority Alpha Sigma Tau at the 46th National Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

A communication and science disorder major at Lebanon Valley College, Nora networked with sisters from all over the U.S. to address leadership and professional growth.

She toured many parts of the city and learned about its role as the “Flour Milling Capital of the World.”

A highlight was spending time with the current Ms. America 2026 Cassie Donegan from New York.

Nora is the daughter of Kim Woodward, Tamaqua art teacher, and Chris Snyder, former Jim Thorpe teacher.
