A truck driver from Lancaster County escaped injuries in a crash that occurred at 2:37 p.m. Aug. 31 on Summer Valley Road, East Brunswick Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said that Shawn M. Holder, 36, of Denver, was driving a 2006 Peterbilt south and was negotiating a left curve when the rig traveled over the northbound lane and hit a tree on the northwest side of the road.

The rig then rotated counterclockwise and hit a stone wall and tree on the west side of the road. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Holder was cited after the crash, according to police.
