Route 895 in East Brunswick Township was closed to traffic Monday afternoon due to a crash.
The incident occurred around 3 p.m. when the operator of a water tanker truck lost control entering the south berm striking a home.
The saddle fuel tanks ruptured on the truck sending fuel onto the roadway and into nearby storm drains.
The scene was at the intersection of Route 895 and Rabbit Run Road. Route 895 was closed from Route 61 to Red Dale Road. State police are investigating the incident.
