The Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following personnel changes during its meeting on Thursday:

• Change of current assignment — Marcie Holderman, food service time period, PVIS, effective Aug. 25, replaces Kristen Keller; Gary Snyder, PVHS, security officer to custodian, effective Aug. 31, $24.69 per hour, replaces Dakota Altemose due to change of assignment; Krista Weiss, security officer, effective Aug. 25.

• Club/activity adviser — Ski and Snowboard Club, Mark Rehrig, PVHS, salary not to exceed $500.

• Hiring of administrative/administrative support staff — Paul Mailliard and Chauna Hamilton, security officers, districtwide, $18.25 and $21.84 per hour respectively, both effective Aug. 31, replaces Aaron Korty and Scott Lee.

• Hiring support staff — Christian Thompson, Jessica Khouri, Amanda Larsen, paraprofessionals, PVHS, $28,414 prorated, effective Aug. 25, replaces Robert Madsen, Sharon Graver and a new position; Julia Fetterhoff and Christina Siptroth, food service, PVMS and PVIS respectively, $13.94 per hour, effective Aug. 31, replaces Kelly Heller and Marcie Holderman; Kimberly Truelove and Margie Tomasello, paraprofessionals, PVES, $28,414, effective Aug. 31, replaces Landon Melcher and Tina Keppel, both resigned.

• Rescind hiring — Carmen Rosado, monitor, PVMS; Christopher Jarrow, STEM Department chair 6-12 (2026-27 school year), PVHS/PVMS; Brittany Angelica, field hockey varsity assistant, PVHS; Brandy Pollard, girls basketball — freshman assistant; Tracy Raifsnider, Math Department chair 3-5 (split stipend); and Tricia Hernandez, Drama Club director, PVIS.

• Salary adjustment/correction — Kelly Leh, first grade teacher, from Master’s +12, Step 7: $76,967, to Master’s +18, Step 7: $78,967; and Heather Pomposello, PVI Math Department chair 3-5, from $1,405 to $2,810.

• Supplemental contracts, nonathletic — Michelle Piontkowski, high school Scholastic Scrimmage adviser, $2,500; Stephanie Gavilanes, ninth grade adviser, $2,100, and high school National Health Occupations Students of America adviser, $800; Susanne Rasely-Philipps, 11th grade adviser, $2,500; Jamile Ferrara, Future Teacher Club, $660; National Key Club, $1,320; and Future Business Leaders of America assistant, $2,200; Dan Muir, Math Club, $660, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, $600; Maricatherine Garr, NHS Science, $800; Daisy Genovese and Jamile Ferrara, high school detention monitors, $29 per hour; Sheri Fallon and Janel Santore, middle school detention monitors, $29 per hour; Matthew Gearhart, National Honor Society and Mock Trial, $2,320 and $2,500 respectively; and Craig Morris, high school Drama Club set design for fall, $900.

• Tenure — Melinda Benson, Jennifer Elston, Samantha Long, Paul Nembhard, Nicole Secara, Rheannon Spadafora, Nicole Spohn, Payton Storms, Arianna Weaver and Michael Weiss.
