Jacob Kerstetter earned his first career Modified victory during Fan Appreciation Night at Mahoning Valley Speedway Park.

Kerstetter put the No. 95 owned by John Markovic back in Victory Lane for the first time since 2019, when Markovic won on Fan Appreciation Night.

Mark Miller and Nick Baer shared the front row for the 35-lap Modified feature and raced side-by-side for the opening three laps before Baer took the lead.

A series of cautions slowed the event before Kerstetter lined up alongside Baer on a restart. Kerstetter used the outside lane to take the lead and stayed out front the rest of the way.

Baer finished second, followed by Lou Strohl, Miller and Tyler Wagner.

Nick Ross used a late charge to secure his first Late Model victory of the season in a caution-filled 30-lap feature.

Ross started seventh and worked his way toward the front before contact with Dennis Wenner while racing for third on lap 21 sent both to the rear.

Cody Kohler, making his Late Model debut, had charged from 13th to second before contact with points leader Marc Aigeldinger on a restart sent both cars spinning and put Brian Romig Sr. back in front.

Ross eventually worked his way back to second and passed Romig for the lead on lap 28 before holding on for the victory. Romig finished second, with Mike Klotz third.

Jill Snyder prevailed in a wild 30-lap Street Stock feature.

After an early caution, Snyder worked the outside lane to take the lead on lap 14. Several late cautions kept the field bunched together before Adam Steigerwalt made one final challenge coming to the checkered flag.

Snyder maintained control after contact and held on for the victory. Last week’s winner, Jon Moser, slipped past Steigerwalt late to finish second.

Bob Wink won a Factory Stock feature that was shortened to 12 laps after numerous cautions and DNFs reduced the field to two cars.

On the final restart, Blaine Barry attempted to pass Wink for the lead before contact sent both cars toward the outside wall. With only two cars remaining and one a lap down, officials ended the scheduled 30-lap event and declared Wink the winner.

Bob Kibler made it two straight Pro 4 victories, once again finishing ahead of his son, Bobby Kibler Jr.

Tyler Stangle, Kibler Jr., Kibler and Cody Kohler all battled for the lead throughout the opening 15 laps before Kibler made the winning pass and stayed out front.

Travis Solomon picked up his third Hobby Stock victory of the season. Nick Schaffer finished second after Shayne Geist was penalized one position for jumping a late restart.

Ian McGuire led all 20 laps to win the Microstock feature, while Jasper Zeigafuse captured the Modern TQ Midget feature and Billy Fisher won the Vintage TQ main event.

Jay Garris took the lead on lap nine and earned his second consecutive Northeast Antique Auto Racing Association feature victory.
