State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said a Takeuchi mini-excavator worth $100,000 was reported stolen from a construction site in Lower Macungie Township.

The victim, Schlough Inc., of Blandon, reported the equipment stolen at 10:44 a.m. on July 4 from the area of Brookdale Road and Locust Lane in the township.

• A 65-year-old Allentown man was charged with assault/bodily injury after police responded to an active physical altercation at 4:07 p.m. on July 21 on Bleiler Hill Road, Weisenberg Township.

Police said the victim is a 60-year-old woman from New Tripoli who told police the man pushed her with his chest several times, pinned her to a door and punched her in the ribs.

Police said the man was taken into custody without incident and transported to Lehigh County Central Booking.
