State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 20-year-old New Tripoli man was cited for criminal mischief after police responded to an incident at 11:42 a.m. July 9 on Post Road, Lowhill Township.

Police said a 51-year-old man from Orefield told them the suspect damaged his door, mailbox, driveway and lawn. The damage was estimated at $150, police said.

A 2010 Ford Mustang was involved in the incident, police said.

• A 39-year-old Pottstown man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 8:29 p.m. May 23.

He was stopped in a 2008 Honda Accord for multiple Motor Vehicle Code violations in the 4600 block of Route 100 in Lowhill Township, police said.
