The Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, has cited the Andreas Sporting Club, Andreas, for allegedly violating the state’s liquor laws.

Police said that on April 10, a servant, agent or employee of the club sold alcoholic beverages to nonmembers in violation of Section 406(a) (1) of the Liquor Code.

The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge, who could impose a penalty ranging from $50 to $1,000 against the business.

The judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charge, and can also mandate training for the licensee on the requirements of being a licensee.
