State Rep. Doyle Heffley, R-Carbon, is hosting two upcoming town halls.

First, Heffley is hosting an in-person town hall on Monday, starting at 6 p.m. The town hall will take place at the Penn Forest Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 2, 1507 Route 534, Albrightsville.

Heffley will host a telephone town hall on Monday, July 27, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Calls inviting participation will go out starting about five minutes before the town hall begins. If residents miss the call or don’t receive one, they can join by calling 877-229-8493 and entering the code 17796. Anyone interested can also stream the call.

Heffley also hosted a set of town halls in June. During both of those, issues regarding data centers, property taxes and the state budget were discussed.
