Alison Krauss & Union Station, whose latest album “Arcadia” arrived in 2025, lead the entertainment coming to local and regional venues over the next couple of weeks.

The bluegrass/country act, known for its mid-1990s cover of Keith Whitley’s “When You Say Nothing At All,” plays the State Theatre in Easton on July 20. Krauss’ discography includes solo albums, Union Station records and two collaborative sets with Robert Plant.

Other highlights include alternative band Guster at Penn’s Peak and an “I Love the ’80s” show at Sherman Theater.

• Guster, 8 p.m. Friday. Formed in 1991 in Somerville, Massachusetts, the alternative band released its debut studio album in 1994. Hit singles include “Fa Fa,” “Amsterdam,” “Careful” and “Do You Love Me.” Guster released its ninth studio album “Ooh La La” in 2024.

• Little River Band, 8 p.m. Saturday. Formed in 1975 in Australia, the rock band scored hits such as “Reminiscing,” “Lady” and “Lonesome Loser.” Little River Band, featuring longtime member Wayne Nelson, released its 19th studio album “Window to the World” in 2024.

• Peace Frog, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The act pays tribute to rock band The Doors, taking its name from the latter’s same-titled 1970 song.

• Alternative Fix, 8 p.m. July 17. The group pays tribute to 1990s alternative/rock artists.

• The Mighty Manatees, 8 p.m. July 18. The band will perform the music of reggae icon Bob Marley.

• String Theory, 7 p.m. Friday. The northeastern Pennsylvania trio consists of Joe Battaglia, Rich Messbauer and Daniel Gonzalez. Battaglia, a New York City-based guitarist, composer and educator. has performed in various musical settings. String Theory released a self-titled album in 2023.

• Hannah Badillo Quartet, 7 p.m. July 17. Badillo, a Philadelphia-based jazz vocalist and senior at Temple University’s Boyer College of Music, performs music that blends jazz and R&B influences. The quartet also features Jake Miller, Joel Austin and Dan Ciccone.

• Troma-Thon ’26, 5 p.m. July 17 and 18. The event includes appearances by Troma Entertainment co-founder Lloyd Kaufman, The Toxic Avenger and Sara. Aside from a world premiere of “Poultrygeist II: Dawn of the Chicken Dead,” screenings include 2000’s “Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV,” 1990’s “Frankenhooker” and 1987’s “Blood Hook.” Troma-Thon also includes music and Retroware’s “Toxic Crusaders” video game demo in the snack bar. • Alison Krauss & Union Station Featuring Jerry Douglas, 7:30 p.m. July 20. Born in Decatur, Illinois, country/bluegrass singer Krauss released her debut solo album in 1987. The fiddler, who joined Union Station in 1989, released her seventh studio set with the band, “Arcadia,” in 2025. Krauss, who recorded two collaborative albums with Robert Plant, scored hits such as “When You Say Nothing At All,” “Bring Me a Rose” with Kenny Rogers and “Whiskey Lullaby” with Brad Paisley.

• “I Love the ’80s,” 8 p.m. Saturday. • “Dr. Dirty” John Valby, 7 p.m. July 23. Valby, performing for some five decades, plays popular songs, limericks, classical arrangements and originals. • “Finding Nemo Kids,” Friday through Sunday, four shows. The show, a 30-minute adaptation of the 2003 Disney/Pixar film, follows clownfish Marlin and optimistic blue tang Dory, who embark on an epic ocean journey to find Merlin’s captured son, Nemo.

• “We Will Rock You,” July 17-Aug. 16. The musical, in which rebels use the music of English rock band Queen to fight against an oppressive regime, features hits such as “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “We Are the Champions” and “Somebody to Love.” The show, featuring a book by Ben Elton, debuted on the West End in 2002 and toured North America in 2019-2020.
