Summit Hill police charged two people with criminal trespass after a woman was seen leaving a vacant apartment carrying a box last month.

Erika Donner, 27, and Anthony Beenick, 25, of 402 Lansford Court, which is in the Lansford Townhouses complex, were charged with felony criminal trespass charges this week, police said.

Both are free on $500 unsecured bail each set by District Judge Beth Dodson who arraigned the pair Tuesday morning.

Donner and Beenick subsequently admitted entering the neighboring apartment at 403 Lansford Court, which is in the jurisdiction of Summit Hill, police said.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 8 before Dodson.
