Lansford Borough Council’s Public Safety and Public Works committee will not meet on Thursday or Aug. 6 as previously scheduled. Any matters requiring committee review will be addressed at a future meeting.

The borough office will be closed Friday for the July 4th holiday, and regular office hours will resume on July 6.

Casella Waste will collect garbage as usual this week. There is no change due to the holiday.
