Police were called to a theft incident at 9:26 a.m. on May 13 at the intersection of the Buck Mountain Road and Sotack Lane, Lausanne Township.

State police at the Hazleton barracks said that copper wire valued at about $400 was stolen from a tower.

The victim of the theft was listed as AT&T.
