One person was injured Sunday evening when involved in a crash in the village of Tuscarora. The accident occurred around 6:45 p.m. at the intersection of Route 209 and Catawissa Street, involving a sport utility vehicle and a car. State police at Frackville are investigating the incident. Responding to the scene were the Tuscarora and Ryan township fire companies and Tamaqua Rescue Squad and ambulance.
