• Threat Assessment Team for the 2026-27 school year to conform with the Pennsylvania Public School Code Article XIII-E. The team consists of Dave Reinbold, administrative director; William Mack, principal; Christine Trovato, facilitator of special education; Ken Walters, supervisor of building and grounds; Rebecca Schaeffer, school nurse; Marisa Stoop, guidance counselor; Kristin Deritis, mental health/behavior assistant; Nate Rinda, director of technology; and Henry Woods, school police/resource officer.

• Diane Hyjurick, student support coordinator, effective Aug. 20, for the 2026-27 school year, funded through Perkins grant;

• Effective July 1 to June 30, 2027 — Tonia Schaeffer, adult education/GED instructor, $24 per hour; Donna Valent, adult education/GED aide, $16.50 per hour; and Deborah Enterline, GED examiner, $20 per hour.

• Operate a GED testing program for the 2026-2027 school year at the CCTI school site.

• Affiliation between the CCTI Medical and Health Assistant/Certified Nurse Aide program, renewed for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year and Mahoning Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation, Lehighton; Heritage Hill Senior Community, Weatherly; Maple Shade Meadows Senior Living, Nesquehoning; the Manor at St. Luke’s Village, Hazleton; and the Pavilion at St. Luke’s Village, Hazleton.

• Affiliation between the CCTI Adult Education Department PA Approved Certified Nurse Aide Training program renewed for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year in cooperation with Mahoning Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation, Lehighton; and Fellowship Manor, Whitehall.

• Hourly rate for substitute custodian/maintenance/groundskeeper/cleaner, $16.50 per hour, effective July 1 to June 2027.

• Agreement for TransPerfect Remote Interpreters Products & Services with CCTI Unit #21 for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Contract with Carbon-Monroe-Pike Drug & Alcohol Commission Inc. for the 2026-2027 school year, $11,400, for in-school drug and alcohol PRIMARY prevention and SAP/Intervention services through one of its Drug & Alcohol Prevention specialists, 38 weeks during the school year;

• Agreement with Big Top Rentals for the 2027 graduation ceremonies, $8,025, to cover the cost of the tent and chair rentals to include delivery, setup, and breakdown.
