State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported that a 25-year-old woman from Stroudsburg and a 23-year-old man from East Stroudsburg were cited for harassment by physical contact.

Police responded to a domestic incident at 11:20 a.m. May 29 on Route 209 in Hamilton Township.

Police said the two, whose names were not released, were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical.
