State police at Fern Ridge

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• Edwin Roman, 32, of Mohrsville, was charged with theft of a vehicle after police were called to Route 209, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said a 38-year-old man from Stroudsburg told them that at 12:40 p.m. April 1, Roman had rented a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox through the Turo app. The man said Roman failed to return the vehicle at the end of the rental agreement.

• Police said Nadine Bordsen, 41, of Blakeslee, was cited for a Dog Law violation after her dog bit a UPS driver at 8:14 p.m. June 10 on Allegheny Drive, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said a 23-year-old man from Easton, told them he was making deliveries in the area and had dropped off a package at a residence when the dog exited the home and bit him in the shoulder.

• Police received a missing-person report at 6:55 p.m. June 10.

They said a 17-year-old boy from Penn Forest Township ran away from Child First Services, Route 903, Penn Forest Township.

They said the boy left in an Uber vehicle that traveled towards the turnpike.
