“Pinky,” the American Legion Auxiliary’s adopted stuffed pig, and some of her friends are getting ready for the stuffed animal patriotic dress-up contest at the American Legion Post 360 and Unit 360 for the “Celebrate 250” event July 25 from 1-4 p.m. at the post home. People are invited to dress their favorite stuffed animal in red, white and blue or as a famous person from history to enter the contest. Contact Georgia Farrow at 570-427-4527 for an entry form.
