Zion Irizarry, 18, of Tamaqua, was charged with criminal trespassing by Tamaqua police following a 7:42 p.m. June 6 incident at Fegley’s Mini-Mart on Center Street.

According to police, an employee reported that Irizarry entered the store and was told to leave because he is not allowed there.

He was previously served a trespass notice from the property due to a retail theft incident, police said.
