State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 25-year-old Lehighton man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 2:01 a.m. on June 6.

He was stopped in a 2016 Dodge Ram truck for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Fireline Road, Lower Towamensing Township.

• A 24-year-old Palmerton woman is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 2:31 a.m. on June 4. She was stopped in a 2013 Honda Accord for Motor Vehicle Code violation on Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton.

• A 45-year-old Saylorsburg man is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident.

Police said he arrived at their barracks to a report the incident that occurred at 10:44 a.m. on April 19 when his personal information was compromised through an unknown means.
