The article about Adrienne Barbeau really caught my eye. In 1986, I attended a poetry convention at the MGM in Reno. My neighbor, whose name I can’t remember, was a professional chef. He made the turkey dinner in the movie “The Fog.” He showed me a picture of him putting the turkey on the table surrounded by the cast, He said that turkey sat on the table for three days. They put shellac on the turkey to make it look fresh. He had the utmost respect for the cast because the stench from the turkey made him feel sick.

If any of your reporters go to the Drive-in, they can ask her about this.
