State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following crashes that occurred on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

• Damage was minor in a crash in the area of the Allentown Exit, South Whitehall Township, at 2:35 p.m. May 11.

A tractor-trailer entered the left lane of traffic, where it struck the side view mirror of a 2019 Ford Escape driven by Dean A. Messinger, 65, of Palmerton, police said.

No injuries were reported.

• Denzel A. Gibbs, 32, of Matamoris, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 9:28 p.m. May 18 at mile marker 80.8 in Penn Forest Township.

Police said he was operating a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee northbound when it struck a deer that entered the highway from the left side of the road.
