West Penn fire department was dispatched Tuesday evening to a reported tree on wires. The call came in shortly after 5 p.m. along Villas Crossing Road. Fire officials found a large tree atop of power and utility lines across the roadway. West Penn firefighters and fire police maintained traffic control at the scene shutting down the roadway from Route 443 to Golf road. No power outage was reported during the incident.
