Sunday morning emergency personnel were dispatched to a reported of a man struck by a truck in East Penn Township. The report came in shortly after 8 a.m. along Route 895 near the intersection with Sports Club Road. Area fire police maintained traffic control at the scene shutting down the roadway. State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident.
