The Pleasant Valley girls lacrosse team secured its fifth consecutive victory on Tuesday.

Pleasant Valley used a fast start, and balanced scoring effort to roll past Easton 16-4 in EPC action on Tuesday.

The Bears jumped out to a 4-0 lead after one quarter, and extended it to 9-2 by halftime. PV (13-1) continued to pull away in the second half, leading 12-3 after three on its way to the win.

Rylee Rath paced the offense with six goals and three assists, while Brielle Halamar added five goals and two assists. Sam Miller contributed three goals and two assists, reaching 100 career points in the process. Gabby Kutzler and Peyton Knecht each added a goal, with Knecht also dishing out two assists.

Emilynn Stipeck recorded five saves in goal for Pleasant Valley.

Easton (8-8) received two goals apiece from Rowan Krieger and Adi McLean, while Anabelle Ieleggio added an assist. Madison Yih finished with seven saves in goal.
