The Monroe County commissioners approved the following items this month:

• Vendors to the County List of Approved Vendors – Aging: Sandra Salaski, and Cerato and Lombardo LLP; Emergency Management: Mitchell Ott Bartholomew, Britni Leigh Brodhead Hucko, Lindsey Edwards, Corey R. Sayre and Charles V. Frantz; Adult Probation: Military and Police Targets Inc.; Monroe County Correctional Facility – Original Jitty Joes LLC.

• Lease extension with Esther Vasil from May 1 to April 30, 2036, at $11.76 per square foot for 2,601 square feet. Cost of $30,594.52 with a 3% increase each year for term of lease for Magisterial District Justice 43-3-04 in Brodheadsville.

• Submit Year 2 Continuation of the Fiscal Year 2025-27 Victim of Crime Act Grant from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, 2027, in the amount of $138,202.

• Agreement with Tyler Technologies for jury management for a three-year period at $43,060 for the first year, $50,463 for the second year, and $52,986 for the third year. The cost for implementation services is a one-time fee of $57,310; and agreement with Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions, $144,821.32, to provide data and document extracts from C-Track CMS facilitate the migration to Paperless Solutions.

• Accept proposal from C&B Landscaping Services, $8,500, for lawn care services at the Safety Center; and submit the 2026-27 Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness grant application for Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, 2027, in the amount of $20,100.
