The Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a social media and marketing intern.

The position is open to a high school or college student who is interested in marketing, communications, business or social media management and who wants to gain real-world experience while making an impact in the community.

The intern will assist with creating and scheduling social media content, promoting the chamber’s Blue Cup Special program and other initiatives, helping to highlight local businesses and community events, and brainstorming creative marketing ideas and campaigns.

The unpaid internship offers valuable resume-building experience and the opportunity to work on projects that reach the community.
