A Monroe County woman has died following a two-vehicle crash in Stroud Township.

Monroe County Coroner Thomas A. Yanac said that Sharlin Forestier, 32, of Coolbaugh Township, was pronounced dead in the emergency department at St. Luke’s Hospital, Monroe, at 3:40 p.m. Thursday.

Forestier was a driver in the crash on North Ninth Street in Stroud Township.

The cause of death is blunt force injuries, and the manner of death is accidental.

Stroud Area Regional Police Department is conducting an investigation into the crash.
