On Saturday, Slatington Public Library held their 6th annual Dr. Seuss Birthday event.
There was over 50 children in attendance to hear Marshelle George, a kindergarten teacher at Peters Elementary in Slatington, read some of Dr. Seuss’ works.
The kids also enjoyed coloring sheets, crafts and snacks.
At the end of the event, they received a certificate signed by Dr. Seuss saying, “You DID it!”
