Weatherly’s Ian McKeegan was recently named to the Schuylkill League Coaches First Team all-star squad.

McKeegan, a senior, is the leading scorer on a Wrecker team that posted a 15-7 regular season record and qualified for the district playoffs.

The guard, who reached the 1,000-point club earlier in the year, averaged 18.4 points per game during the regular season, which included 36 three-pointers. McKeegan also dished out 5.4 assists per contest.

McKeegan’s teammate, senior Niko Saldukas, was named as an Honorable Mention selection.
