State police at Fern Ridge

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said a 16-year-old girl from Kunkletown is the victim of a rape incident that occurred at 4:04 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Pleasant Valley High School, Route 209, Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said two staff members observed a male and female student engaging in sexual acts.

• A 48-year-old Albrightsville man faces terroristic threat charges after police were called to a domestic incident on Gower Road, Penn Forest Township at 8:32 p.m. Dec. 31.

Police said victims of the incident are a 45-year-old woman and two 16-year-old boys, all from Albrightsville.

• Police were called to a report of endangering the welfare of a child at 1:43 p.m. Nov. 5 on Winnebago Lane, Penn Forest Township.

The victims are a 15-year-old boy, two 15-year-old girls and a 13-year-old girl, all from Albrightsville.

Police said they are investigating the matter that was brought to their attention through the ChildLine network, which advised police an adult was furnishing alcohol to the minors.

• Police received another ChildLine report advising them that an 11-year-old girl from Effort is the victim of a physical abuse incident within a home.

The incident occurred on Woodcrest Avenue in Chestnuthill Township.
