Love is in the air for Downtown Stroudsburg Winterfest, featuring 40-plus love-themed ice sculptures around the borough, including a large display and ice carving demo in Courthouse Square. Take part in a Winterfest Clue Quest game from Stroud Recreation, visit the Eastern Monroe Public Library Bookmobile, and create inspirational cards at six warming stations and the giant ice chest in Courthouse Square for local hospitals, nursing homes, homebound seniors, and veterans.
