State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 49-year-old Weatherly woman was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic dispute at 7:20 a.m. Jan. 26 on Buck Mountain Road, Lausanne Township.

The victim is a 58-year-old man from Weatherly, who told police the woman struck him with a closed fist.

• A 41-year-old Tresckow man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 1:49 a.m. Nov. 29 on East Birch Street, Hazleton.

Police said he was stopped in a 2015 Dodge Ram truck for Motor Vehicle Code violations.

• Rosa Pimental-Moran, 59, of Tamaqua, was cited for retail theft (shoplifting) after police were called to the Walmart store on Airport Road, Hazle Township, at 2:12 p.m. Jan. 21.

Police said the suspect was caught stealing items worth approximately $115 by the store’s loss prevention personnel.
