A 33-year-old man from Barnesville is facing theft and drug paraphernalia possession charges after police responded to the Tractor Supply store, Airport Road, Hazle Township at 10 a.m. Nov. 16.

State police at the Hazleton barracks said it was determined the man concealed hand tools valued at $65.94 on his person and failed to pay for them.

Following a search, he was found to be in possession of the drug paraphernalia, according to police.
