Tamaqua police are charging Christina Samoleski, 47, of Coaldale, after she hasn’t paid for home heating oil that was delivered almost a year ago.

According to police, Peter J. Radocha & Sons delivered home heating oil to Samoleski on Feb. 1, 2025. The business told police that she hadn’t paid the $528 bill.

A certified letter was sent to Samoleski regarding the payment on Oct. 23, 2025, but was returned as undeliverable. Another certified letter sent Dec. 8, 2025, was picked up, but as of Jan. 14, Samoleski has not paid the business, police said.
