State police at Frackville - crashes
State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following crashes:
• No one was hurt in a one-vehicle crash at 10:13 p.m. Dec. 28 on Summer Valley Road, East Brunswick Township.
Police said the crash occurred as Gleb Lebedev, 42, of Northampton, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado eastbound when he lost control of it due to icy conditions. The vehicle hit an embankment and overturned.
• Stacy A. Wallace, 33, of Brockton, escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash at 8:47 p.m. Dec. 28 on Pine Creek Road, East Brunswick Township.
Police said she was driving a 1998 Toyota 4Runner northbound when she lost control of it due to ice on the roadway. The vehicle hit an embankment and overturned.
• Evan A. Musto, 33, of Pittston, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 7:48 a.m. Jan. 17 on Interstate 81 in Ryan Township. He was uninjured in the incident,.
Police said he was driving a 2019 International Harvester southbound and crossed over the left lane and hit an embankment on the median before jackknifing. The rig was towed from the scene.
• Kaitlyn R. Sharp, 33, of Ashland, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 6 p.m. Jan. 15 on Morea Road, Mahanoy Township.
Police said she was driving a 2019 Mazda that struck a deer that entered the roadway.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
• Amanda Thomas, 39, of McAdoo, and Keith S. Coley, 38, and Jennifer B. Coley, 30, both of Pottsville, were involved in a two-vehicle crash at 6:59 p.m. Jan. 13 on Route 309 (Claremont Avenue) in Hometown.
Police said Thomas was transported by personnel from the Tamaqua Community Ambulance Association to St. Luke’s Miners Campus, Coaldale, while the Coleys did not require medical services transports from the scene.
Police did not provide the details of the incident.
