The Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following contracts during their meeting last week:

• PlayVS — One year digital access to one gaming concepts course for high school or middle school eSports, from March 31 to June 30, 2027, for $5,600, to be paid from Ready to Learn grant.

• DS Education — High school digital scoreboard software from Feb. 27 to June 30, 2029, for $4,500 per year to be paid from Ready to Learn grant.

• Boundless Federal Funding — To assist with the federal E-Rate Program application process for funding years 2026 to 2030, at a base fee of $2,000 for one year.

• Advertise for sealed bid for the following items — fall athletic equipment and supplies for 2026-27 school year.

• Purchase two sets of NPS caster wheels science tables for Pleasant Valley High School from Premier Environments for $160.50.

• Purchase 60 science table stools for Pleasant Valley High School from Premier Environments for $7,711.20.

• 2025-26 spring athletic uniforms bid results — BSN Sports, $720, and Sportsman’s, $11,551.16.

• Technology Surplus Sale/Disposal — dispose of or recycle obsolete and/or unnecessary items through EZPC Recycling Inc. for $2,300.
