Tamaqua police cited Scott Kulik, 43, of Tamaqua, for disorderly conduct/unreasonable noise following a 11:56 p.m. Jan. 5 incident.

Police said neighbors on the 200 block of Orwigsburg Street reported that Kulik had been banging on the walls, which they said is an ongoing issue. Police said the caller provided officers with videos where Kulik can be heard banging and yelling.
