A woman was arrested for receiving stolen property after a traffic stop, state police at the Lehighton barracks said.

Cheryl Maury, 59, of Bethlehem, was stopped in a Honda Odyssey at the intersection of Route 209 and Weir Lake Road in Chestnuthill Township, police said.

During the stop, it was discovered that the registration plate on the vehicle was stolen.

The victim of the theft is a 22-year-old woman from Edwardsville, according to police.
