State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• David Branningan, 44, of Hanover Township, was arrested on a charge of flight to avoid apprehension after police responded to a call for a warrant arrest at 4:48 p.m. Dec. 8.

Police said they responded to 101 Logistics Drive, Ryan Township, to serve the warrant.

The victim is Site Services Group, Moosic.

• Police are investigating a corruption of minors report they received at 6 p.m. Nov. 13.

They said an incident involving a 14-year-old boy from Brockton occurred on Sixth Street in Coaldale.
