Andrew C. Shahan, 19, of Wilmington, Delaware, was cited after a crash on the on-ramp to the Hickory Run Plaza in Penn Forest Township, state police at the Pocono barracks said.

He and a passenger were uninjured in the incident on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Police said he was driving a 2015 Nissan Rogue when he lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a right-hand curve on the ramp and the vehicle hit the back of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado that was parked on the west berm.
