State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said they received a report at 5:08 p.m. Nov. 4 at their barracks of a theft and elder abuse involving two victims, a 56-year-old Saylorsburg man and an 80-year-old woman from the Bronx, New York.

They said the case involves stolen bed pads between May 4 and Nov. 4 and is under investigation

• Police said a 71-year-old woman from Stroudsburg is the victim of a burglary that was reported at Mutton Hollow Road, Hamilton Township.

They said that between Feb. 1 and Nov. 8 someone stole a Generac generator valued at $8,000 and a riding lawnmower valued at $5,000 from outside her residence and then entered the home.
