SH business cited for liquor violation

One Star Beer, Summit Hill, has been cited by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, for violating the state’s liquor laws.

Police said on Sept. 21 the business failed to adhere to the conditions of the agreement entered into with the Liquor Control Board placing additional restrictions on the premises, in violation of the Liquor Code.

The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose a financial penalty upon One Star Beer. The judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation and can also mandate training for the licensee in an effort to educate the licensee on the requirements of being a licensee.
