Lansford Public Works will be picking up piles of leaves every Monday, weather permitting.

Senior Center

The Panther Valley Senior Center announced the menu for Nov. 10 to 14.

Monday: Asian Chicken, Brown Rice, Vegetable Blend, Mandarins or Turkey and Cheese Sandwich

Tuesday: Center Closed

Wednesday: Chicken Scampi, Pasta, Broccoli, Jello or Greek Salad

Thursday: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables, Apple Slices, Cookie or Meatloaf Sandwich

Friday: Ham and Eggs, Pepper Potatoes, Cornbread, Pear or Grilled Chicken Sandwich

The center has also announced the following upcoming events: Game Day on Nov. 10 at 9:30 a.m.; Center Closed on Nov. 11; Now You Have It Now You Don’t on Nov. 12 at 11 a.m.; Sunshine Meeting on Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. followed by Po-Keeno at 11 a.m.; Bingo on Nov. 14 at 10:45 a.m.

Skeeball on Nov. 17 at 11 a.m.; Birthday Bingo on Nov. 18 at 10:45 a.m.; Axe Throwing Game on Nov. 19 at 11 a.m.; Po-Keeno on Nov. 20 at 11 a.m.; Movie and Popcorn on Nov. 21 at 10 a.m.
