N. Lehigh, Northwestern elect school directors

Candidates on Northern Lehigh School Board and Northwestern Lehigh School Board ran unopposed to secure seats based on unofficial results in Tuesday’s General Election.

Northern Lehigh School Board

Two incumbents, along with two newcomers, ran unopposed to win four-year seats on Northern Lehigh School District’s board of directors.

In Lehigh County, newcomer Timothy Weaber, a Republican, garnered 1,808 votes, followed by incumbent Democrat Angela Williams (1,704), incumbent Democrat Gary Fedorcha (1,514), and Democratic newcomer Crystal Bilby (1,464).

In Northampton County, Weaber again topped the field with 244 votes, followed by Williams (239), Fedorcha (237) and Bilby (226). There were seven write-in votes.

No one ran in the district for a two-year term on the board.

Northwestern Lehigh School Board

Democrats Lauren Hunsicker (3,633 votes), Todd Hernandez (3,360), Rebecca Hite (3,246) and Jennifer L. Senavaitis (3,175) ran unopposed for four-year terms on Northwestern Lehigh School Board.
