State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 36-year-old New Tripoli man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 1:34 a.m. Aug. 30.

He was stopped in a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu in the 4100 block of Chestnut Street in Upper Milford Township. Police said they found him to be under the influence and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Police were called to Leh Court, Lynn Township, at 6:47 p.m. Oct. 23 for a “delayed” report of a harassment by physical contact incident.

They said a man reported an altercation took place at 10 p.m. Sept. 17 between he and his son-in-law.
