Thomas J. Davidyock, 54, of Jim Thorpe, was uninjured when the car he was driving struck a deer on Hudson Drive (Route 93) in Packer Township, police said.

The incident occurred at 7:05 a.m. Oct. 1 when he was driving a 2019 Nissan westbound, according to state police at the Hazleton barracks.

The vehicle had disabling damage and was towed from the scene, police said.
