Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following matters on Monday:

Payment

• A resolution to withhold payment to charter schools and cyber charter schools pending the state budget.

Adjunct professor

• Superintendent Dr. Matthew J. Link to work as an adjunct professor for graduate and doctoral level courses, outside of his daily work responsibility as superintendent of schools, for about 15 hours a week, for the 2025-2026 school year and all subsequent years of employment by the district, at no cost to the district.

German Club

• Club/activity application for the Northern Lehigh High School German Club. The Northern Lehigh Education Association’s recommended stipend for Nick Sander, club advisor, is $600 beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, which will be added to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Conferences

• Gabryella Wilder, PSTA 2025, Oct. 11-13, Erie, lodging $150, mileage $512, for a total cost of about $662, to be funded through the director of educational technology, curriculum and instruction budget.

• Joe Tout, Annual Psychology Teachers Meeting, Oct. 10, Pittsburgh, lodging $213, mileage $396, for a total cost of about $609 to be funded through the high school budget.

• Nichole Fink, Orientation to School Food Service Operations, Oct. 21-22, Harrisburg, mileage $218, for a total cost of about $218, to be funded through the food service budget.
