No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:14 p.m. Oct. 2 on Pine Creek Road in East Brunswick Township, state police at Frackville said.

Police said the crash occurred when Taylor E. Shandis, 29, of New Philadelphia, was driving a 2011 Hyundai Elantra northbound and was following a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Ralph L. Rorrer Jr., 46, of Middleport.

They said the Elantra was too close to the Silverado when Shandis attempted to overtake the Silverado, at which time Rorrer braked and the Elantra hit the Silverado.
