The West Penn Police Department, fire department and Penn Mahoning Ambulance Association will be at the West Penn Elementary School from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 31 with candy, music, hot dogs and hamburgers.

Trick-or-treat night in the township is also from 5-8 p.m. Oct. 31.
